Official figures have revealed a 58% increase in rough sleeping, in the last decade*
A staggering 11,993 people were seen bedded down in London, between April 2023 - March 2024.
That's 58% higher than in the same period, 10 years ago.
In 21st Century Britain, it is simply unacceptable that anyone is forced to spend a night on our streets. However, unfortunately it is becoming the reality for a rapidly increasing number of people.
Every day at The Passage, we see hope given to so many as their homelessness is prevented and/or ended for good. However, we are also seeing record numbers of people in crisis arriving at our door. This cannot continue.
